T4 Suggestions / Complaints
Customers can report any shortfalls found in the management of the road infrastructure or in the provision of services using the following methods:
- By letter addressed to S.I.T.A.F. S.p.A. – Direzione d’Esercizio (Operational Management) T4 Piazzale Difensiva 10052 Bardonecchia (TO), or to G.E.I.E. – G.E.F. – Italy Branch, Piazzale Difensiva 10052 Bardonecchia (TO).
- By contacting the collection staff by filling out the “User Dispute Form”

Refunds
The company ensures the reimbursement of tolls paid in excess of the amount due, following the substantiation of the claim made by the Customer, who must attach the original toll receipts to the “User Dispute Form”. Refunds are made by banker’s cheque and reimbursement times coincide with processing times. The service may be provided in the following ways:

For any needs, special clarifications and/or specific problems at the barriers, users can ask the Toll Collection Officer to discuss the matter with the Toll Coordinator during office opening hours.
All justified complaints will be answered by S.I.T.A.F. S.p.A. and G.E.I.E. – G.E.F. within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Should it take longer to establish the irregularity, the Customer will be informed within the aforementioned time limit.
