The Control Station oversees the roadside assistance service. On motorways, this task is delegated to the organisations ACI Global (803.116), VAI Europ Assistance (803.803) and AXA (800 300 433), which operate through their own authorised repair shops. This service is also guaranteed 24 hours a day. Roadside assistance can be requested directly from the authorised organisations or, via the emergency (SOS) telephones, from the centralised control centre for the A32.

If the Concessionaire is involved, the operator will ascertain whether the vehicle is in a safe position and which Organisation is requested by the User.

If the vehicle is not in a safe position, or creates an obstacle or danger, the Control Station will send to the scene the tow truck closest to the vehicle to be rescued, regardless of the Organisation indicated by the User, on an alternating basis.
