Emergencies
In the event of an accident or emergency, Users can call for help via:
- the SOS telephones equipped with intercom
- SITAF S.p.A. staff and the Traffic Police on patrol on the motorway axis
- the Via Nord Ovest Call Centre on the toll-free number 800 840 708
Alternatively, the user can dial the 112 Single Emergency Number.
Anomalous events
Users may find it necessary to contact the Company to report an incident on the motorway in which they were involved or in which they claim to have suffered damage.
In such a case, if users are unable to continue the journey with their own means of transport, they may request assistance, via the SOS telephones directly connected to the Company’s centralised control centre (PCC), which will request the intervention of SITAF S.p.A. staff (Traffic Wardens), Traffic Police and/or mechanical rescue services as necessary.
If users are able to continue the journey, it is suggested that they leave the motorway at the next station and report this to the toll collector when paying the toll, by filling in the “User Communication” form, which must be returned to the toll collector, who will then send it to Operational Management.
